Meet our constitutional lawyer, renowned for handling diverse constitutional litigations.   Immediately after his enrolment as an advocate  on 8 January 1986, he joined the office of Mr. Niranjan J Mehta, LL.M. (Yale),  a constitutional lawyer of repute in Gujarat.  As a close associate of Mr. Mehta from January 1986 to June 1988, he prepared more than 500 briefs touching Constitutional Law,  Labour & Service Law,  Company Law, Law of  Customs,  Law of Arbitration  etc. and  argued a large number of cases in the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad.  He  shifted his practice to Chennai in July 1988 and since then   he  has been conducting all sorts  of cases  in the Madras High Court.  He has also  conducted over 100 public interest litigations, focusing on the enforcement of fundamental rights of the poor and marginalized.  Occasionally, he argues important matters in the Supreme Court of India.
